Terms of Service.

Last updated: 12.06.2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nomadan website (nomadan.io), our blog, our manifesto, and any consulting services we offer (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Nomadan Apps Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 470795) (“we”, “us”, or “Nomadan”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Us

Nomadan is a trading name of Nomadan Apps Ltd. We provide content, guidance, and one-to-one consulting services focused on agentic AI for small and mid-sized businesses.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, harassment, or unsolicited communications.
  • Scrape, mirror, or rebrand our content without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer the Service.

4. Blog and Editorial Content

The articles, manifesto, and other written materials on the Service (the “Editorial Content”) are provided for general informational purposes. Editorial Content reflects our opinions and current understanding at the time of publication.

The Editorial Content is not professional advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for legal, financial, technical, or operational advice tailored to your specific business. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Editorial Content.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the Editorial Content.

5. Audit Calls

Our 30-minute audit call is offered free of charge. The audit call is exploratory in nature: we listen to how your business runs and share our honest read on which work AI automation could take over and what it would cost.

The audit call is not a contract for services and does not create any obligation on either party to enter into one. Anything we say during the call, including indicative pricing, is an opinion based on the limited information shared and is not professional advice. Pricing quoted on the call is an offer we hold for 14 days; it becomes binding only when set out in an engagement letter or order confirmation.

6. Paid Consulting Services

If we agree to provide paid services to you (automation builds, hosting, or consulting), the specific scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, and terms are set out in a separate written engagement letter or order confirmation. Where that document and these Terms conflict, that document governs.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code) is owned by Nomadan Apps Ltd or licensed to us. You may share links to our content, quote brief excerpts with attribution, and read or print content for personal use. You may not republish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

If you send us content (an email, a booking note, anything else), you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service and considering whether to work with you. You retain ownership of your own content.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers for booking (Calendly), hosting (Vercel), and email (Google). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties, but we choose them carefully and disclose them in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €500 if you have paid us no fees), unless a different cap is set out in a paid engagement letter or service terms agreed by both parties. This cap does not limit refunds owed under our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason consistent with applicable law.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages (Calendly, Vercel, Google), loss of connectivity, or acts of government.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.
