Welcome to Nomadan, a service provided by Nomadan Apps Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (nomadan.io) and our consulting services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service offers content, guides, and one-to-one consulting on agentic AI for small and mid-sized businesses.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

Nomadan does not require an account to access the Service. We collect personal information only when you actively provide it:

Audit call bookings. When you book a 30-minute audit call through our embedded Calendly scheduler, you provide your name, email address, time zone, and any details you choose to share in the booking form. This information is processed by Calendly on our behalf.
Email inquiries. When you contact us via email links on the Service, we receive whatever you choose to send us (your email address, name, message content, attachments). This correspondence is stored in our email system.
Engagement information. If you become a paid client of our services, we collect the information needed to deliver those services (business details, payment information, contractual data). This is governed by the applicable service terms or a separate engagement letter.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Service, our hosting provider may automatically collect:

Log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time and date of visit.
Device information. Browser characteristics necessary to deliver the Service.

We do not currently use third-party analytics services on the Service.

2.3 Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies on our pages.

Our audit-call page embeds the Calendly scheduler. When you visit the page, Calendly’s script loads and may set cookies for the booking flow.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Schedule and conduct audit calls. To set up your 30-minute call and prepare for it.
Respond to inquiries. To reply to your email and to assess whether our services fit your needs.
Provide consulting services. For paid clients, to deliver the engagement.
Improve the Service. To understand how visitors use the Service and improve our content.
Security. To protect the Service from fraud and abuse.
Legal compliance. To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing without your consent.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers (Sub-processors)

Our Service relies on the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy policy:

Calendly (Calendly LLC) powers the audit-call scheduling on our site. Calendly privacy policy.
Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts and serves the Service. Vercel privacy policy.
Google (Google LLC) provides our email services for nomadanapps@gmail.com. Email correspondence is stored on Google’s systems under their privacy policy.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

4.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Retention Periods

Audit-call booking data is retained for 24 months after the booking date, then deleted.
Email correspondence is retained until the conversation is concluded or for the duration of any active client engagement, plus retention required by law (typically 6 years for accounting records under Cyprus law).
Hosting log data is retained according to our hosting provider’s defaults.

5.2 Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at nomadanapps@gmail.com. We will confirm the deletion once it has been completed.

5.3 Retention for Legal Purposes

We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax records, contract evidence) even after a deletion request.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA or the UK, you have these data protection rights:

Access. Request copies of your personal data.

Trusted hosting and email infrastructure (Vercel, Google).
Access controls limiting who can read your information.
Minimal data collection by design.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at nomadanapps@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Some of our service providers (Calendly, Vercel, Google) are US-based and may process data outside the EEA and the UK. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required by law.
