Starter Terms
Nomadan Starter Package Terms.
Last updated: 30.05.2026
These Starter Terms govern the Nomadan Starter Package (the "Starter Package"), a fixed-scope professional service for businesses. By paying the €500 fee you accept them, and they form the agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd for the Starter. Our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
1. Who we are
The Nomadan Starter Package is provided by Nomadan Apps Ltd, 148 Faneromenis Avenue, 3rd Floor Office, 6035 Larnaca, Cyprus. Registration HE 470795. VAT CY60135892K. You can reach us at nomadanapps@gmail.com.
2. What you’re buying
The Starter is a fixed three-session installation of a Claude-based setup for one primary user, designed to produce measurable time savings on your recurring work by the end of Session 3. It includes:
- Connector setup. Together we set up Claude’s native connectors to your working environment. We guide you through connecting everything, and it lives on your machine under your own account.
- A 30-minute pre-session preparation on your business.
- Session 1, Map (about one hour, together). We walk through how you actually work today: tools, where data lives, what repeats, where the friction is. This produces the context foundation.
- Preparation between sessions (performed by us off-call). We build your Claude memory, configure connectors, and create skills tailored to your business from what Session 1 surfaced.
- Session 2, Setup (about one hour, together). We install Claude Cowork on your machine, connect the configured tools, and load the prepared memory and skills. By the end, Claude is doing real work in your business.
- Session 3, Workshop (about one hour, together). You run a real task end-to-end with Claude, hands on, with us present. We tune it live. You leave able to repeat the workflow alone.
- Recordings and notes shared after each session.
- The complete Claude setup we built, yours to keep, extend, and modify.
The whole engagement is designed to wrap shortly after Session 1, sometimes even in a single day. Sessions are delivered online by video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent); in-person delivery is available where mutually convenient.
3. What’s not included
The following are not part of the Starter and require a separate agreement:
- Ongoing support, tuning, or maintenance beyond Session 3 (see the Nomadan Retainer).
- Custom connector development requiring code.
- Integration with systems not surfaced in the discovery call.
- Migration of data between systems.
- Training or installation for team members beyond the primary user.
- Multi-user deployments.
4. Fees, payment, and VAT
The fee is €500, paid in full to accept these terms. Work begins on receipt of payment. Payment is by Stripe card link; for EU clients, SEPA bank transfer is available on request.
Fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at invoicing according to your location and status: for EU businesses with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies (VAT accounted for in your member state, validated via VIES); for clients outside the EU, the service is outside the scope of Cyprus VAT; for Cyprus or EU customers without a VAT number, Cyprus VAT at 19% is added.
Payment is final except through the performance guarantee or the cancellation right above. Please raise any refund through us first rather than a card chargeback; if you start a chargeback for an amount properly due, you are responsible for our reasonable recovery costs.
5. Acceptance
You accept these terms by paying the €500 fee via the Stripe payment link. That payment forms the binding agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd. No signature or separate written confirmation is required. The Starter is offered as a professional, business-to-business service. You confirm you are entering this agreement in the course of your business and not as a consumer, so statutory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights do not apply.
6. Performance guarantee
If by the end of Session 3 you have not seen measurable time savings on real work you do every week, you may request a full refund of the €500 fee. Send the request to us by email within 3 days of the end of Session 3. There is no form to fill in; we refund to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within a few business days.
“Measurable time savings” means at least one recurring task that previously took longer is now completed faster or with less effort using the installed setup. We confirm together at the end of Session 3 whether this bar has been met.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the Claude Cowork platform and our installation method. It does not apply if you refuse to use the installed setup, decline to attend Session 3, or do not engage in the Workshop in good faith.
Full details, including how to claim, are in our Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation
You, or we, may cancel before Session 1 begins by email, for a full €500 refund.
Once Session 1 has begun, the engagement runs to completion. After that point the only refund route is the performance guarantee above, claimable within 3 days of the end of Session 3.
8. Your responsibilities
To get the value from the Starter, you agree to: maintain your own active Claude (Anthropic) subscription and use Claude under Anthropic’s terms; connect your own accounts and tools, and confirm you are authorized to connect them and to grant the access involved; review AI outputs before relying on them for any consequential decision; and keep your own backups of important data.
You are responsible for the accounts and tools you choose to connect. You agree to cover us against any third-party claim arising because you connected an account or tool you were not authorized to connect.
9. Third-party platforms
The Starter depends on Claude (Anthropic) and on the third-party tools and native connectors you choose to use (such as Google’s). We do not control these platforms and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic or any other provider. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or discontinuation; if a platform changes or stops working, that is outside our control.
Claude, Anthropic, Google, Gmail, Stripe, Zoom, and other names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of them does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
10. Your data and confidentiality
You connect your own tools to your own Claude, and the setup runs on your machine under your subscription. We do not retain access to your accounts or data after a session. During sessions we may see your data on screen to guide the setup, and sessions may be recorded so we can share notes with you; by taking part you consent to this. How we handle any personal data you share with us directly is described in our Privacy Policy.
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential, uses it only for this engagement, and does not disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
11. Intellectual property
You own all materials, data, and configurations specific to your business produced in the engagement. We retain rights to our general methodology, templates, and underlying tooling. Nothing here transfers Claude (Anthropic) intellectual property; you use Claude under Anthropic’s own terms.
12. AI disclaimer
The Starter uses AI tools (Claude by Anthropic) that produce outputs probabilistically. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them for any consequential decision. We do not warrant any specific output of any AI system. You are responsible for how AI-generated content is used in your business.
13. Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability under these terms, whatever the cause, is capped at the fee you paid (€500). Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including illness, outages or changes in third-party platforms (such as Anthropic, Google, or Stripe), loss of connectivity, or acts of government. We will let you know if such an event affects delivery and reschedule in good faith.
15. General
These terms, together with the offer or statement of work we send you, are the entire agreement for the Starter and replace any earlier discussions. If they conflict, the statement of work governs for scope and these terms govern for everything else.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor of our business. Legal notices are given by email to the addresses we use for the engagement.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are resolved by good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, by the competent courts of Cyprus.
