Every Nomadan build comes with a straightforward money-back guarantee. This page explains how it works.

1. The promise

If the automation we built doesn’t do the job we agreed on, you get a full refund of the build fee. No forms, no debate.

2. What the guarantee covers

Each build is scoped against a clear job: the automation does X when Y happens. If, within 14 days of delivery, it doesn’t do that job on your real work, the guarantee applies.

3. How and when to claim

Send us a short email within 14 days of delivery. There is no form to fill in.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within a few business days.

4. Cancelling before we start

You can cancel any time before the build starts, by email, for a full refund. Once the build has started, the guarantee above is the refund route.

5. Good-faith conditions

The guarantee assumes you take part: access to the tools we agreed to connect, and a real run of the automation on your work. It covers the one-time build fee; monthly hosting already delivered is not refunded. If we refund a build, hosting for it ends at the same time and any remaining hosting minimum is waived.

6. Older engagements

Starter Package purchases made before June 2026 remain governed by the Starter Terms. The Starter performance guarantee in those terms applies as written: claim by email within 3 days of the end of Session 3, refunded to your original payment method. For automation builds, the engagement letter you receive after the call governs.
