Every Nomadan build comes with a straightforward money-back guarantee. This page explains how it works. On the rest of the site we call what we build your AI agent. In this policy it is called the automation. They are the same build.
1. The promise
If the automation we built for you is not saving your team time on the work it was built for, thirty days after we install it, you get a full refund of the build fee. No forms, no debate. The engagement letter you receive after the call sets the scope and the fees, and this guarantee applies to every build unless that letter gives you something better.
2. What the guarantee covers
At the mapping call we write down the work in scope and the hours it eats every week today. If, thirty days after we install it, the automation has not made that work take less of your week, or your team’s, the guarantee applies.
3. How and when to claim
Send us a short email in the two weeks after the thirty days are up. There is no form to fill in.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within a few business days.
4. Cancelling before we start
You can cancel any time before the build starts, by email, for a full refund. Once the build has started, the guarantee above is the refund route.
5. Good-faith conditions
The guarantee assumes you take part: access to the tools we agreed to connect, and a real run of the automation on your work. It covers the one-time build fee. Support hours already delivered are not refunded.
6. Training sessions
Training is not a build, and the guarantee above does not cover it. There is no recorded baseline to measure a training session against, so we do not promise one. Sessions are booked and invoiced as they are delivered. You can cancel a session that has not run yet by email, at no charge. Sessions already delivered are not refunded. If a session does not happen because of us, we reschedule it or do not charge for it.
7. Older engagements
Starter Package purchases made before June 2026 remain governed by the Starter Terms. The Starter performance guarantee in those terms applies as written: claim by email within 3 days of the end of Session 3, refunded to your original payment method.
