AI agents for law firms

Most of a small practice is not legal work. That part can run itself.

Intake forms. Chasing a client for the document they promised last week. The work you did on Tuesday and recorded on nobody’s timesheet. None of it needs a lawyer, and all of it takes one.

We build one AI agent around one of those jobs. It runs on the inbox, the files and the calendar the firm already has, on your own accounts, and you keep it.

  • Built for sole practitioners and small firms
  • Runs on your accounts, not ours
  • First build live in 2 weeks
  • Build fee back if it doesn’t deliver

The constraint

If your matter list doubled next month, what breaks first?

Most firms this size already use AI somewhere, and most of them bill the same as they did before. That is the gap worth closing, and it is never closed in the drafting. Answer this about last month, not about a good month, and bring that one to the call.

None of them exactly?

Where it plugs in

It runs on the systems the practice already has.

We do not move a firm onto a new platform, and we do not ask it to keep client files anywhere new. The agent reads and writes in the mail, the document store and the calendar you already run on. If a system has a login and an export, we can usually reach it. If it does not, you hear that on the call instead of after the build.

Two deliberate absences. We do not list practice management or billing systems here yet, because we will not name one until we have actually been inside it, and we would rather leave a gap than imply a connection we have not built. And nothing here files at court: e-filing systems are built to admit a person and no one else, and we treat that as correct rather than as a problem to route around. Bring the systems you actually run on and you get a straight answer on the call.

How we work

We don’t hand you a spec.We build it with you.

Four steps, start to running. You’re in the room for all of them.

  1. 01

    Mapping

We walk through your day together and find the work worth handing to an agent.

  2. 02

    Build

Off the call, we build your agent: its memory, your tools connected, the skills for your work.

  3. 03

    Install

We install it on your computer and connect everything. By the end, it does something real.

  4. 04

    Workshops

We run your real work with it, side by side, until you watch it do 90% of your repetitive work.

The five builds

Start with the one that costs you most.

One clog, one agent, one finished thing at the end. Get it running, then earn the second.

  • Every enquiry answered inside a minute, at any hour, with the questions you always ask and two slots to choose from. It never says whether you can take the matter.

  • Opening the file. The identification and papers a client sends arrive named, filed against the right matter, and checked off a list, so what reaches you is what is still missing.

  • The chasing. One outstanding-documents message per client, referencing the actual items, in your wording, repeating on the schedule you set until they send them or you stop it.

  • Closed matters revisited. The agent reads what past clients came to you for, matches it against what you handle now, and gives you a short list of people worth a call this month.

  • The unbilled hour. Work that shows up in your mail, your calendar and your documents but on no timesheet, gathered into one message before you invoice.

We do not automate a job that does not already work when a person does it by hand. If two people in the firm open a file differently, that is the thing to fix first, and we will say so on the call rather than build on top of it.

Testimonials

Business owners who put AI to work, methodically.

  • Scytale
Our AI use was scattered. Omri built the system Claude now runs on, in every department, and we ship faster at higher quality.

Most of our week was admin: chasing documents, sorting invoices, the same filings. Omri built the systems that take that off, and we handle more clients without growing the staff.

Managing my design business manually meant working late into the night, and it capped how many clients I could take. Omri put Claude into my workflow, and now most of that runs on its own.
