How much does team AI training cost?

AI training for a team runs anywhere from free webinars to five-figure corporate programs. Here is what actually drives the price, what you should get for it, and why a focused team AI training is priced the way it is.

The honest answer is that AI training costs anywhere from nothing to tens of thousands, and the number on the invoice tells you almost nothing on its own. What matters is what you get back. Here is how to read the price of a team AI training, and what to expect at each level.

What you can pay, and what you get

  • Free webinars and recorded courses. Good for a first look. They teach a tool in the abstract, not your work. Nobody on your team leaves with a workflow running.
  • Per-seat online courses (tens to a few hundred per person). Structured lessons, some exercises. Useful for individuals building general skills. The gap: a course teaches everyone the same generic material, then you still have to translate it to your processes on your own.
  • Corporate AI training programs (thousands to five figures). On-site or live, tailored to a company. This is where real behavior change happens, because the training runs on your tools and your work. The range is wide because scope, seniority of the trainer, and number of people all move the number.

What actually drives the price

Four things:

  1. Live vs. recorded. Live time with an expert costs more than a video, and it is the only format where someone adapts to your team in the room.
  2. Generic vs. tailored. A course built once and sold to thousands is cheap to deliver. Training built around your processes takes preparation and can't be mass-produced.
  3. Who delivers it. A practitioner who builds AI systems for a living costs more than a presenter reading slides, and is worth it, because they can answer the question behind your question.
  4. Team size and follow-up. Per-seat pricing scales linearly and punishes you for training the whole team. Flat team pricing rewards it.

What good team training should include

Regardless of price, insist on these:

  • Live sessions, not just recordings.
  • Work done on your real processes and the tools you already use, not a demo account.
  • Something your team keeps: the prompts, projects, and workflows built during the sessions.
  • A person, not a portal, when someone gets stuck.

How we price it

Our team AI training is €999 for the whole team of up to 5 people: five weekly 1-hour live sessions on Claude, built on your processes, starting with a free 30-minute onboarding call. One flat price, not per seat, because the point is to get the whole team saving time, not to charge you more for including everyone.

Priced against the alternative, the math is simple: if the training gets a five-person team back about a day a week, it pays for itself inside the first month and keeps paying after that. That is the number that matters, not the one on the invoice.

If you want to talk through whether it fits your team, book the training and we will scope it on the onboarding call.
